• Payment information: handled entirely by our payment partner (Razorpay). We do not see, store, or have access to your card, UPI, or banking details.

• To process and ship your order
• To contact you about your order status, if needed
• To handle any damage/replacement claims you raise with us

We do not use your information for marketing without your consent, and we do not sell or rent your personal information to any third party.

3. Who We Share It With

Your order and delivery details are shared only with the parties necessary to fulfill your order — our payment processor (Razorpay) and our printing/shipping fulfillment partner, solely for the purpose of processing payment and delivering your order.

4. Data Security

We take reasonable precautions to protect the information shared with us. Payment data is handled by Razorpay under their own security and compliance standards; we do not store payment details on our end.

5. Your Rights

You can request details of the information we hold about you, or request its deletion (where we're not legally required to retain it, e.g. for completed order records), by emailing us.

Our website may use basic, privacy-respecting analytics to understand site traffic. We do not use this data to identify individuals.
